Well.....

Dont forget other valuable metrics to consider in a sale, not just the value in a 43-101 report.

1) single asset sale or package deal?

2) JV contract terms and clauses

3) Exploration potential & district (many zones of mineralization).

This is the biggest thing! Many majors pay big bucks just on this aspect alone. I'm sure SC will be mined for over 100 years. The resources booked to date is only a fraction of actually metal tonnage on the land.

With everything said, many expect well over $2.00/share. Maybe closer to $2.75 (old highs- Elmer stated this as much in a public interview. He mentioned our share price has a "LONG WAY TO GO" based on the previous stock run in a copper bull market. Maybe that's Elmer's hint to us on value? ;)
