I think your being wildly optimistic YM, this PEA was put out by CUU. Elmer had to have a reason to only use 60% of the resource, I always get the feeling we are not getting all the facts.

CUU is proving the share price should be - 1/4 of the after tax NAV divided by the number of outstanding shares.

It's now in Teck's hands to state their project is worth more or just let it wait.
