That is good and I appreciate Elmer's commitment. 

He knows more about what is going on with Teck than I do. 

So far, from my vantage point, Teck has not been a partner of choice. Maybe if we had been included with info a bit more I would have a different opinion. I sometimes think Elmer forgets how long it has been and the opportunities that have been missed since the BFS. Not to mention who took the risk to provide that study.

But hopefully we are on the final leg of this journey.
