I believe the VD property previously was mined using in situ methodology so there should be no surprises. The geology is not like the Excelsior Gunnison disaster and Taseko Florence has already run a long test in situ mine.
We should sell VD to distribute a small dividend ($.30 a share) and cash up the company.
