It has taken Hudbay over 12 years getting permission to start their Rosemont mine in Arizona. They still face a lawsuit by environmental groups. Not saying that Van Dyke will have the same battle but it is not easy to build a mine in the US.

Copper Fox is a little bit too small to face off with such oppostion. Best to sell and let the big boys take over. (IMHO)
