Teck clearly messed up! Total wins the case though! 

If Teck doesnt understand the ROFR process....do they understand our ROFO? Will this also reach the courts?

Total had to file with the courts! Not a good look. They win, and get their clause activated. The fact they had to challenge Teck on this in court, cause they didn't follow the correct steps with the ROFR. I don't like that.
