Its not just the time value of money, it's lost investment opportunities else where that would have made me a small fortune! Maybe early retirement?

It seems many here are elderly (65plus in age)! Either in retirement already or close to it. And if you are in those age ranges....I wouldn't recommend penny stock investing. Many people lose their pensions, retirement savings, etc! While some get rich, others lose it all....penny stocks are a little better than casinos or lottery tickets but still huge risk.

So CUU, again- how long? People have families, bills, other expenses, children to pay for, etc! Life hasn't stopped, but we are all older and not richer for it! Elmer should think of us too Vs EE who can wait this out. 

It's also the slowness to get results in! The small year to year programs with more studies and studies. This JV is the delay king of the mining industry! Elmer and team didn't think to build timelines into getting achievements unlocked? Only issue with the process/contract! 10 year partnership with Teck and we are still in the pea stage....something major needs to happen now!
