Maybe ES should only be paid a percentage of the sp increment per/month. Say 10% of any increase in SP. I feel fairly comfident that ES would pack his bags and head into retirement about five minutes after the board approved my recommendation.

Not at all a happy camper or a supporter of our current inactivist management.
