possibly, that's what they want you to think...

Someone has cleared a good part of the bid/ask deck creating a massive spread.  While the last trade was posted at .23 we we're also at Bid .185 and ask .22.  The price can be pushed around easily now.  I suspect that we will soon see some violent price action between these two poles potentially representing a shake out.
