Dear Mark,

I am a shareholder of Sandstorm, Teck and Copper Fox Metals.

As Sandstorm owns 2% NSR of Schaft Creek North, the recent discussion of M&A of Glencore and Teck should have substantial implications to the Schaft Creek North project and re-valuation of the royalty to Sandstorm. What is Sandstorm's viewpoint on this? Is it worthwhile for a news release to inform Sandstorm shareholders?
