The issue is that our ship has a direction, but nobody really seems to know when it will arrive to port.  We are mainly dependant of the wind and streams that will eventually bring us to the final destination.  Hopefully it will be the right one.

When asking for timelines, many people here got replied something like... "once Teck let's us know".  

How is it possible to not have Teck commit to something and follow-up on them to make sure it happens?

This softness has caused us many years of delay.

The SCJV has been working on the construction timeline for over 3 years now?  Why even talk about it 3 years ago...
