Question on PP

For those who participated in the PP, are your trading accounts able to hold the shares? TD is telling me they can't process the shares until Jan 9. I realize they can't be traded until then, but my hope was to have them in my account so I could flip them into my TFSA after Jan 9.

Otherwise I'll have to wait 4-6 weeks after Jan 9th to get them in my account
