Maybe the time has come to get some sort of petition circulating or even a resolution at the next AGM to remove ES or at least reduce his salary until something is sold and the shareholders receive a dividend. I expect EE would ignore such moves but word of significant minority shareholder dissatisfaction would probably leak and put the kibosh on any further pp.  Who knows, maybe EE would wake up and make a change or throw in the towel and sell everything for the best offer. 

Why EE continues to lose money on this investment without any end game in the foreseeable future is one of life's greatest mysteries.
