Really sorry to hear about your problems. Been there done that so I have some idea of how much it all hurts.

No one here is offering any legal advice but if you are in Canada and going through a marriage breakup it's almost impossible for her to get "everything". If you were never common law she can sue for child support but not much else. You need to find a lawyer who knows their stuff.

Do not sell anything if she has specifically claimed it in a court proceeding. You will be liable for trying to "hide" it and it will only make you look guilty and puts your other assets at risk. Again get a good lawyer. More expensive but worth it in the long run.
