Hi Golfyeti!

 

Nice to be back!  I know its been very frustrating the many years-long wait,  but I try to put myself in Ernesto's position:

 

1.  He is (I hope) far more "in the know" than me.

2.  He seems quietly content with current situation.  (We dont read of him activating any proceedings against mgmt for non-performance etc, nor using his voting capability to oust mgmt).  Maybe though, he is quietly dissatisfied? 

3.  He is not selling (I think this is correct?).
