Yeah I'm gonna assume it's something along the lines of delays, fog, long snow, or wild fires, solar flares, drought, or flooding, snow pack, lions, tigers and bears...oh my!

Some excuse to delay things... A nr to fill up some space and chug us along to the next pp.  

Good thing this team aren't Doctors...with the track record for successful delivery, the human race would have been made extinct ages ago...

While I always wish I'm wrong with regards to cuu, that gut feeling simply is the standing norm now... Delays, silence, stagnation.  At least they are consistent, down to rewarding themselves for garbage results and constant dilution.
