Plus the new warrants would bring in about $600,000, so this brings us to a total funding potential of $2.6 M over the next year or two.

I don't think anything is super imminent (and always hope I am wrong).   With unexercised warrants out there the current PP would in hindsight look pretty piggish (more than usual) if news came out a couple of weeks/months from now of a company sale.
