For what its worth, while we wait, I'm also of the opinion that this PP is only needed to get us over the finish line with SC. Its a small one, my read is that the finish line isn't that far away. There had been some indications that a loan from EE may have been considered, looks like they went with PP.

Its been a long road but if this was a larger PP at this time I would have been more concerned. Wish we were all in Vega$ celebrating at this time but it just isn't to be yet.

I still think its the Glencore sale approval which holding things up.
