Do you really think that they will allow this, Ther's only seasonal shipping out of there. And the wildlife disturbance would be a stopper. Man I work the oil patch and when it comes to wildlife, they practically count even the earthworms. I don't see them allowing all this. If they do, then i'd say they're opening up apretty big can of worms. JMO
