I didn't see is much relevant in there as so much has changed in the last 5 1/2 years.

Was that was your point - how much has changed since the good times?

Australia's met coal has sure become a problem for Teck - the article shows the beginnings of it and now 5 years later they are putting a big dent in prices due to the oversupply of the market.
