boss, regarding "social issues are part of the deal"......i know the time frames in the contract are subject to permit issuance (i.e. the 20year clock does'nt start until after cvg delivers all necessary permits)....the way i read it they've done a number of social programs ahead of time that they did'nt have to......iagree with "enough of the good faith".....get that manager off her behind (i mean pretty lady) and get the permit signed.....
