It does seem strange that Gutierrez has been the only one interviewed specifically and repetitively about Las Cristinas and then only by Carson and MS through Vheadline. There are so many people involved and potentially impacted by this. You'd think that some local journalists, community groups or powerhouse funds would be on top of the situation and trying to pin down various ministers and even Hugo himself about what's going to happen and when. There is definitely an information vacuum.
