This is something that I bring up every once in awhile. It makes no sense why the pemit isn't issued, because it is going to take about 18 months to start mining the gold out of the ground and that is 18 months that Hugo can change or fine tune anything he doesn't like. I thought the same thing that he had special powers given to him by himself about a year ago. I again want to thank everyone for the good post, it keeps me going, lost and confussed, I think..............
