Venz can't just take everything that Kry has invested and then kick them out because they might now say Kry overinterpreted 1257 ... acceptance of Kry's investment along with the EIS, receipt of bond and taxes is tantamount to passive acceptance on the part of Venz of Kry's latitude and standing relative to 1257.
