Not hearing anything from management to clarify this situation is not good news in my books. At this point, management should of had enough time to asses the situation and determine the seriousness of the this denial. Obviously, management has an idea what is going on right now.

If nothing happens Monday morning I will be calling, emailing RM and suggesting we have some updated news. Number one what has Sanz said about this situation?
