After the news release on April 30th I dropped half my position. I'd still like to take advantage of the upside if this turns around. If I buy options at this point does this create the possibility of a washed sale happening?

I'm prohibited from buying back KRY for 30 odd days but with the news it sound like things might not be as bad as the initial PR indicated.
