Unless, he is suggesting that shareholders are getting the shaft in Canada. A good definition of fraud is awarding the EIS, as well as requesting money for environmental bonds only to have the same organization revoke an environmental permit. Now that is fraud.

BTW, Crystallex is only listed on the Toronto stock exchange and Amex. Does anyone know of any other exchanges.
