I totally agree with what you are saying "the Ministry of Environment accepts and approves the revised changes Crystallex submitted to their office so the Ministry is done and we should be good to go".

So where is the final permit? Probably in Chavez's hands, and he will announce approval of the Project when the political time is right. Chavez will use this Project to his advantage and try and win over the irate miners who are presently demonstrating in Bolivar - have been waiting two years for their retro payments. The election is 3 months away and this Project is one of his trump cards to maximize his votes. Isn't this the way political figure heads think?

I believe once the Chavez Admin pays the miners we will hear additional news on our project and possibly even release of the permit. Let's hope that day is near!
