In response to my question I just received the following e-mail from Richard Marshall;

I have corresponded with one of our staff that oversee the equipment in Houston. He and his family sought shelter further in land and is returning to Houston today and visiting our storage sites tomorrow. I believe we have full insurance coverage on the storage sites, contents and equipment there and I'll advise you further when I have further details.
