H. Beltran is in Argentina. Did this article orginate in Spanish?

Maybe we lost something in translation?

Did Beltran call Medina? or was it the other way around?

The final paragraph looks incorrect where Beltran states "LC has not received it's permit" I thought LC was permitted but held up for something else.
