if the line was max'd and ven owes $4 1/2bil then it makes no difference to hugo...if it was an open line with $4 1/2 bil available then it makes a huge difference........

that would be nice to know....also, if ven did owe a lot on this line, is RBS gonna "call the loan"? probably not....
