Everyone makes sense in some way, but of course it is all speculation until we hear from KRY management.

However, what is NOT speculation, is that there is NO WAY to get KRY and their data and their equipment unless they choose to give it over. That won't happen unless there is a VERY fair deal.

That brings us to the FACT that LC cannot be developed in the next 3-4 years without KRY. PERIOD.
