i'm sure the degree of "extraordinary" is directly related to the election results......

i.e.

if hugo's party takes the election then extraordinary could mean business as usual "the checks will be delivered next friday. no, really, we mean it this time"

if hugo's party loses the election, extraordinary could mean "everybody goes to prison and political opposition will be shot until we have better election results"

truly extraordinary is if ven would do something.......and maybe say something clearly.....like "the 25th will be extraordinary because we're finally getting off our asses and accomplishing something. the mine opens sunday with kry as the contractor and ven as the administrator"
