This situation looks like the following.

A guy takes a girl to a dance, thinking they are on a date. I.e CVG grants KRY the contract. Later guy finds the girl slow dancing with another guy. I.e CVG looking to Rusoro. Later on the girl leaves with the other guy. I.e Letter of intent is mention for Rusoro and CVG. When the guy later tries to call the girl to find out what happen. I.e KRY as for clarification on situation. Girl ingores phone call hoping guy gets the hint.
