sasa, consider this...... sorry to sound like a basher but this is what i'm seeing.....

if kry mngt thought the permit was coming, would'nt it be prudent to take $10mil of your cash and do a share buy back at these levels.....after the permit was issued you'd sell 100 mil shares at market and not need financing....

RM can claim what he wants but the actions tell the tale here....kry mngt has a choice to make.....go "all in" and maybe hit a home run, or batten down the hatches now and go legal......if they continue to drag this out while doing "nothing" they're only prolonging their own paychecks at the expense of the shareholders....imo
