If, during this period of "stonewalling", the Management or their friends or their Venezuelan counterparts have been purchasing stock, without keeping us informed on any developments with Venezuela, I believe this is known as "feathering your nest with inside information", and is, as you are aware, against the law.
An investigation into such illegal transactions would form part of a shareholder action suit, should stockholders be forced to take legal action.
I sense questionalbe tactics are being used during this "stonewalling" period, that do not benefit our share price, because information is being surpressed, while it benefits "those in the know". Could I be right?
