Shares Issued		391.5	144.1	535.6 (FD$ - $500 mil Cd)

Plus 167 million common shares plus option for 15% common shares sold granted to Canaccord if exercised 25 mil. shares equal add dilutions 192 million common shares

Fully Diluted 727 million shares, the making of a 1 for 5 or 1 for 10 share consolidation in the not so distance future imo
