I just realized that we now have two stumbling blocks out of the way, when it comes to a Russian entity feeling comfortable taking over LC.

A treaty signed by Russia and Venezuela, and the 70-50 law changed to 50-50.

That isn't a co-incidence, that the news comes out a day apart. What's next I wonder?
