Related party and transactions are very small and only reported because companies are obligated to report it, a non issue imo. what worries me and I've seen this play many times before is financing or the lack of, equity offering most likely won't work, next step will be a rights issue to existing shareholders, "if" this fails and often it happen where most existing shareholders don't want to invest any more money into the company then its game over pps moves to the single pennies , I truly hope this won't happen and could be wrong, some would not like to read this, but my gut has that uneasy feeling after reading qt statement, been there before.
