who is VENRUS?

we've all seen 100 news articles claimeing venrus is a partnership between rusoro and the ven govt......right?

can someone show me where rusoro legally claims to be part of this partnership? i'm sure agapov and other russian's are part of it but the actual company rusoro seems to be pretty quiet about it.....

the reason i ask is because i'm really under the impression that the russians/venz set up rusoro as a pure stock play . let the company take all the losses while manipulating the stock price; meanwhile, agapov and other russian/ven interests take the gold (probably buying on the black market).....
