How about:

5. Kry must deal its concession for a price to Russia (or China), but since KRY has all the equipment and the personnel and brains to mine it, they in fact do mine it under maybe another pseudo-name YRK which we as shareholders benefit and "sooner than later". This way HC saves face, avoids criticism from many quarters and everybody is happy. This involves a lot of complcated ... "transactions"
