have spoken to Fung 3 times since Sept. have not bought or sold a share as a result. Based on these conversations I will simply echo the praise that EZ Street has for the man. He knows shareholders are frustrated. that is why he is willing to listen to our grumblings. This ordeal has taken a personal toll on him. Arbitration would be the easier route for him. But it's not about the money, it's about seeing this thing thru. I badger him about no arb. He says they have best law firm advising them. They have great case. But that route is like all other routes they are trying. It has its ups and downs. A study of past awards show there are few really large awards given. If other routes don't work then you can always fall back on arb. Some days its 2 steps forward and 1 back. Other days it's the opposite. Some days 5 forward and 1 back. Some days its 1 forward and 10 back. A lot of people working on this. Still working with Ven. They are tough to deal with. Still believes they will solve this. I bug him about not going the route of Gold Reserve. He says we will see which route works best in the end.
