I have very similar thought Bill. The only thing I know for sure is that I have never seen anything in print from Sanz or Hugo saying that Kry won't be involved in LC.

We have lots of stories say all different things about who will be doing what what not nothing official say we're out.

If we put this together with many of RM's statement about VZ not saying anything to Kry about them being out we may have to start believing what is being said by RM.

Fung says we continue to work towards a solution that will make everyone happy. Both RM and RF have indicated that Kry has never been informed there was a problem with their MOC. We now read that Sanz has allegedly said that Kry is still in the mix.

Can't wait till the financials come out to see what tidbits are revealed.
