The real shame in all of this is that Freddie Mac was once rock solid and the stock was fabulous. Their standards to purchase your loans were tough, understandable and fair, and you didn't dare send them anything that didn't pass the smell test or you'd get to buy back the entire package of loans you sold them AND get banished by them forever. Somewhere along the line, those standards were scrapped and anything went, as they say. I could get political but... Anyway, hoping for news on our favorite stock here. I believe it's coming, and have waited since '97, so what's a couple of months? LOL
