I have to admit that if I was a long that what Teutracker is saying would sound logical. Lucky for me I intend on selling after the permit news spike. However, just out of curiosity... what your saying is that it is a WIN WIN WIN for everybody because HUGO gets a chinese jv?? I would think that is a very minute win for King Midas.
