Venezuela has also announced they want to issue gold bonds. I doubt Rusoro's activity will accomplish that want.

The MOC is supported by Venezula law and Crystallex has complied to date with the MOC.

China Rail may get informed that the MOC will be honored and here is the permit.

Risk has been reduced significantly since June 1st, not increased.
