I think it is significant but do not understand the absolute reason/reasons why. That is to say: why was that specific number selected? Im only raising this question in hopes that the more educated will be able to explain. I hope that with this train-of-thought we may stimulate some forethought that the powers that be certainly had prior to coming up with this amount. Why not more? Why not less? Somebody came up with that specific amount for a quantifiable reason. What is it?
