Building the mine

I have been wondering for a while now, about the timeline for building the mine...two years has always been mentioned. That was before the JV with China.

Now that there will basically be no limit in terms of funds, does anyone see the possibility/probability, of the mine being built faster, and the mine opening sooner.

CRRC will be building the railroad, and therefor have a constant supply of materials being brought in by freighters. There will be a plethora of Chinese engineers, and others with a wide variety of expertise. As many specialists in mine building needed, will be available. Skilled workers may very well be brought from China as well, as I doubt that there are many in VZ who have had much experience building top of the line mines. If CREC wanted to have the mine up and running in 18 months or so, does anyone think that would be possible?
