I'm sorry you feel that way. As many other posters have repeatedly pointed out what is definitely predictable is KRY not delivering anything on time as promised.

Frankly, I thought that we would be much higher by now. I had hoped that this deal would be done and the cash flow calculations in hand. I did not expect to sitting and waiting for whatever deal we will get and horrendous dilution. By the way, 600 million shares as suggested by no_bear is definitely reverse split territory and reverse splits are generally terrible for shareholders.

The TA is what it is. If there is no news for another month or two then we may even see 20 cents again. Who knows?
