I wasn't "dizzy" from GW's post. My take on your response was that it was ok what happened before and since the announcement of the jv and financing deal.

The financing deal, to date, has not been beneficial to anyone except employees and anyone that shorted into the financing deal. And of course, those that sold shares. Unfortunately, I did not have the foresight or should I say insight to do so. I actually believed Fung and his self-imposed timeline.

Otherwise, fair to say no one else has benefited yet.
